relative to what I have suggested concerning a press in this I leave it entirely to your council to say yea or nay—
Again if you say yea can I be allowed to pledge city property in for the press and its apuratus if I can do— it so say so the press to be considered the property of the Church subject to at all times to the disposal of the Church and its council without reserve
