Executed this Writ by leaving a copy with John J. Brent, and on Frederick R. Prentice by leaving a copy at his place of residence with a white member of his family over the age of 16 years both on the 27th. March 1851.
Executed in like manner on Leonard T. Ferris by leaving a copy with him, and on James Ward, J. McIlvaine, Matthew McClaughey, J. Richardson, J. R. Welch and W. Ward on the 18th. March 1851 by delivering a copy to each of them.
Also on same day on Hickson Wright and F. Wooley by leaving copies at their usual place of residence with a white member of each of their families over the age of 16 years and the like service of John Smith by leaving a copy at his usual place of residence with a white member of his family over the age of 16 years.
